What this implementation processes

The contact form processes your name, email, message, selected topic and optional DAW or organisation details to answer your request. Necessary pre-contract and contract communications are handled for those purposes; other requests may be handled under the controller's legitimate interest in answering correspondence, subject to your rights. Withdrawal notices contain identifying contact details, an order description and a timestamped reference, so the seller can handle the notice and meet legal obligations.

Product-update requests are optional and separate from purchase. The current form sends your request and affirmative consent to the support mailbox; it does not itself maintain a newsletter provider's subscriber database. Withdraw your request through support. Do not add customers to marketing merely because they bought a licence.

Purchases and licensing involve order identifiers, contact details and the licence/SKU required for fulfilment. Stripe handles payment information under its own applicable terms. KEYZY issues licences and, when correctly configured, handles the activation email.

In the plug-in. Spectortion contacts KEYZY only to register a trial, to activate, validate or renew an activation, and to release one. Those requests carry the licence key or trial registration, product identifiers and an identifier derived from the computer so an activation is bound to it; registering a trial also sends the name and email entered for it. The plug-in has no analytics or telemetry and never sends audio. Apart from its activation file it stores only your presets and settings, on your computer. Server-side licence records are access-restricted and are not exposed by the public web endpoint.

Services and data locations

The provided implementation uses Cloudflare for website/worker hosting, demo storage and email routing; support correspondence reaches the configured Gmail mailbox. Stripe and KEYZY are used for payment and licensing. The seller must verify the actual providers, processor agreements, data locations and safeguards used by their deployed accounts. A provider appearing in unused source files does not make it an active recipient.

Retention and rights

Information must be retained only for a defined purpose and period, including any applicable accounting, consumer or legal requirements. Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn without making earlier lawful processing unlawful. You can lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority, including the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

Storage, cookies and embedded media

The supplied page does not add advertising pixels or analytics tracking. The demo player loads files on request. Verify the deployed site's actual cookies, storage, security services and integrations before publication; obtain consent for non-essential technologies when required. Do not add a decorative consent banner in place of controlling the technologies themselves.

Security

Form handlers limit message size, validate input and never log submitted message contents. These application checks do not replace appropriate account permissions, transport security, abuse controls, backups or an incident process. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private licence administration keys through a contact form.
